Rich Ghilarducci
Humboldt State University alumnus Richard Ghilarducci has held many leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer. He was also a community leader and was elected Mayor for three terms.
Early on
Formerly serving as the President of the California Creamery Operators Association, Richard has also contributed his leadership on the Boards of the U.S. Dairy Export Council, the National Milk Producers Federation, the California Dairy Research Program at the University of California-Davis, and the Alliance of Western Milk Producers.
In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Richard dedicated six years as the Mayor of the City of Rio Dell and served an additional two years on the City Council.

Rich considers himself fortunate to reside in the scenic town of Rio Dell, California, enveloped by the awe-inspiring beauty of nature. Within the confines of their home, he shares his days with his lovely, caring, and affectionate wife, Lana. Together, they cultivate a sanctuary of love and encouragement, infusing each moment with joy and companionship. As they walk through life hand in hand, their hearts beat in unison, and their love story flourishes with each day that unfolds.
